Machining

Our machining workshop enables us to cover our entire product range, guaranteeing tight deadlines and great flexibility to meet your specific needs.

In addition to our capacity to produce our standard product ranges, our expertise extends to the production of customized parts, perfectly adapted to our customers' projects.

Our equipment includes:

• 3 single- and twin-spindle 3 and 4 axis numerical lathes equipped with rotating tools and bar feeders.
• 7 2- to 4- axise numerical lathes dedicated to machining small and medium production runs, and to machining foundry blanks.
• 3 5- head transfer machines for optimum productivity of our large series of standard parts.
• 2 conventional lathes and a milling machine

We machine all types of material, including brass with or without lead (for sanitary or food applications), Monel, various grades of stainless steel and steels (303, 304L, 316L, 30CND08, XC35 …), plastics such as POM-C, PA6, PTFE and aluminum.
