Here are a few examples of our work:
The Biodynamizer
The Water Biodynamizer is a hydrodynamic device that reproduces the natural cycle of water in an accelerated way, copying its movement as it flows freely in nature.
We worked in close collaboration with S.A. Dynamized Technologies to create 3 lead-free brass parts designed to revitalize water.
The Biodynamizer won the innovation prize at Sirha in Lyon in 2021, where over 4.500 exhibitors were present.
Oriented valve
Our customer was experiencing regular leaks when brazing a control valve to his refrigeration circuit. We therefore developed a two-part valve. The part 2 is brazed to the circuit first, and the part 1 of the valve is assembled in a second stage. The male and female threads of the two assemblies are aligned to ensure repeatability in the positioning of the upper valve outlet.
Complet sub-assembly
We were asked to produce a complete sub-assembly incorporating components not manufactured by us, but validated by our customer.
Several objectives were sought:
- reduce the number of connections to reduce the risk of leaks,
- supply a complete factory-tested sub-assembly, guaranteeing no leaks,
- enable the technicians who install it to have a complete sub-assembly, whereas previously they would have to build it themselves on site.
