QUALITY DEPARTMENT

The « Raccord Industriel » has the necessary certifications to carry out its activities, including in particular:

1. ISO 9001 version 2015 certification, guaranteeing control of our processes.
2. Obtaining all the type approvals required for our valves and taps for industrial and medical gases. All our valves comply with the TPED (Transportable Pressure Equipment Directive) according to EN ISO 10297:2014+A1:2017.
3. An Internal Inspection Service (SII) certified by the APAVE under directive 2010/35/UE to carry out inspections on our production facilities in compliance with ADR and RID regulations.

In addition to standard test equipment such as profile projectors, reamers, rings and plugs to check our threads, we have bubbles test benches capable of withstanding pressures of up to 400 bar in compressed air, and a hydraulic test bench capable of reaching 700 bar pressure.

For specific products designed and made to measure in response to our customers' requests, our test equipment enables us to guarantee compliance with the specifications they issue.
